Why so many reps on very low weight bench, if I may ask?
I mean 67 reps by the time you finish 135, but only about 5 working reps after. Just looks odd.

Edit: looked at the previous bench workout and it was more standard, so nvm, just playing around intake it.

Just board guys. Going to change up training slot once baby comes. I have about 6 more weeks of planned workouts and probably go back to what I did for the first 6-9 months of 2015. Higher Frequency 5/3/1 split into body parts days
