Did you good morning that shit or dump it? Squatting early always makes me nauseous even with pwo carbs.

Came out the whole. Didn't have the quads to push through on that day so I started falling back and then just sat it do on the rack. Had 3 spotters but nobody here spots that well. Luckily I'm decently flexible in the squat.

*nothing crazy but intensity was high due to first serious training partner joining the gym again. Guy hit a touch and go 525 bench at 220 and never training lower body but could squat 405 for reps and Deadlift 500 in jeans.

Something this showed me is that I really don't push myself like I use to 2-3 years ago. Gotten lazy being bigger and strong than my usual training partners. Thing are going to change.

Final review to come.....

525 is impressive, but surely he looks odd with a chest that size and legs then squat so much less, no?

Very odd. Especially now that he hasn't been consistent in three years. 20 pounds heavier, half the strength and less muscle. He always says he doesn't do legs cause he'll have to buy new jeans lol.

I bet. I do legs but they don't seem to grow quite as well. I suspect I attack them with a little less vigor as well. Oh well, it's not that bad though, I just need to pummel my damn calves more.

Anyway, glad to hear you set some PRs. I'm hoping RAndro helps me out as well.

Final Statement on Iron Mag Labs Super Epi-Andro:

First I would like to thank and apologize to IML for letting me log this product but getting sick just as I was going to test my increase of power.

Around 15-20 days in, I experienced a noticeable amount of strength increase even though my compound movements were strictly set for peaking out at the end of this run (nothing to failure). I noticed this through my accessory work. Specifically, when I went from one week of not knowing if Id be able to increase on these exercises and then the following week being able to increase the weight and match the high rep ranges I was going for. This was all while only at three caps a day. After the first bottle I up the doseage to two 4 caps a day.

Going into my peaking week I felt pretty good at the 4 caps a day. After finally breaking a deadlift platue by 10 pounds, that was caused by injury long ago, my confidence grew going into my bench and squat attempts.

The day before I was to try my bench I started coming down with a sinus infection/cold. Was not even able to go to work for 1.5 days. This was very demoralizing for me knowing I had put in close to 6 weeks of proper training sessions to increase my lifts. With this happening I dropped down to two caps a day so that I could possibly get the lifts in when I felt better (for IML logging purposes).

Eventually I was able to get in the heavy bench attempts while still being a little sick. Got a PR but left 10 pounds surely due to the sickness.

Going into the PR attempt squat session I knew 600 was pretty much out of the picture. I had average 600 cals less the week of being sick and still had not fully recovered. That on top of not preparing for the training day properly, I was not even able to get a 5 pound PR.

I think with all things consider, adding 15 pounds to my total in less than 6 weeks was very nice. With out question there was 10 pounds taken away from illness. maybe even 20.

As I always state on andro products, the more of this stuff you can afford the better when looking for a safer legal alternative to illegal AAS.

Thanks for following along everyone.

Nice log and final review boss. Best/most consistant logger on PHF ever IMO. Despite getting sick you still broke some PRs, sounds like another effective product from IML again. Thanks for logging PZT and thanks to IML for another generous round of product loggings.
