Hey can someone else recommend some good straps to use for someone with smaller wrists, tried several pair and worked them all in, haven't had one pair that I've liked other than a power house set I had a long time ago.

Not sure what you mean by that last part, but that's what I'm using now. I can make them work but I feel like there has to be something better out there.. Problem is I spend too much time trying to tighten them down and there is still a gap in the strap because of the logo stitching

it means the are all similar.

try padded straps or get ones without a stitched logo.

Honestly, why not order a ton of protein from bodybuilding and get their free wraps? I know I did years ago. They worked great. Not sure what the issue is?

So buy bulk BCAA and protein. I'm just saying I received mine did free and they worked well. I'm failing to understand why people would buy ones that are too short...

Yeah I got a few of those free bb.com straps.  Great quality for what it is.

I have pretty small wrists as well and these worked great.

I think they are or very similar to Valeo cotton lifting straps.  Pretty much same price as what it was being sold on bb.com too.

^ That looks about like what I have. Never realized there were, or was a need, for different straps... Shit wraps around your wrist and you pull lol.
But yes, cheap and effective.

Those straps fit a lot nicer, had a pair of Valero before but they were thicker. I'm doing back on Monday, I'll let you know how it goes... staytrue, did you ever get your S&S straps?

Yup np. My left arm elbow down is all messed up.  It's significantly weaker than my right and it also gets so pumped I can't even make a fist in the middle of my workouts.  This is when straps are a real lifesaver for me.

These are the ones John Meadows uses. Tip for breaking them in, throw them in the wash. One cycle in the washer and dryer and they are super pliable.
