Day off today. Still at 217, so down a few lbs which is good. Tomorrow will be legs and time to hammer out some squats. Still absurdly hot weather but I do feel like I'm getting hot flashes now and then. It could just be me and not the R-Andro though. Everything else feels good, no noticeable changes yet.
