Good workout today: legs and arms
Squats
135x10

Hip seems to be bothering me and it hasn't healed for a while. It's not hurting per se but it doesn't feel right. 405 felt heavy, not sure what's going on...

Lunges with 40lb dumbells, 3 sets.
Haven't done these in years so it's time to start them again.

Seated calf raises X 7

Leg press, stack X 5, x15-20
Had a decent pump but wish I could have done more

Arms:
Arm blaster - 4 sets
French press - 4 sets
Concentration curls - 3 sets
Dumbell kickbacks - 3 sets

Short arm workout but being my third this week it felt good.
Haven't felt any noticeable changes since starting R-Andro although I do seem to continue running warmer than normal. I may start taking 2 pre workout vice AM to see how it affects my workouts.

Frustrating chest workout today. 3.5 weeks ago I maxed out at 455. I then stopped Tren and Mithras. The next week I took it easier and just did 405 for 4. Last week my chest was tight so I skipped bench. Today, 2 weeks or so since last benching I tried 405 and barely got 2 reps. I'm sure part of it is not being on Tren and Mithras, so I only hope that taking the extra time off helped it heal a little but also set me back. Here's to hoping next week goes better!
Dropped to 315x8, 7, 6.

Incline smith bench
225x12, 12, 12,
275x12, 10

Pec Dec
6 sets10-15 reps.

Incline DB fly
40x10, 10, 10

Landmine press x15, 15, 12

DB lateral raises to hit those shoulders just a tad
5 sets of 10-15

Great pump and chest felt ok once I finished bench, it's just frustrating when you don't hit what you should have.

I took 2 caps R-Andro pre workout along with a 1/2 scoop of tigers blood and had a decent amount of energy considering I normally take 200mg caffein and at least a 1/2 scoop tigers blood. In that regard I'm quite impressed with the energy I had.

Last night I received my two bottles of IML's new R-Andro which I will start as soon as I finish this vial of Tren A, SD and Mithras, which should only be a few more days.
I'l post an original picture of the product shortly along with starting noodz starting weight and big three PRs.
Coming off a strong strength stack where I've been aiming for max weights, I'll be curious to see how R-Andro fares in comparison. Obviously I'm not expecting to gain much, if any, strength but maintaining would be great.

Right now my libido is problematically high, so I'll be curious to see what happens there as well. If it gets any worse I'm likely to be arrested

Week 4

Deadlift (90%): 1x2 @ 610 lbs
Speed deadlift (75%): 5x3 @ 510 lbs (90-120 sec rest b/w sets)
610 was a little tough for 1. Didn't get a bounce so the second lift was stupid hard.
I managed 90 seconds for the first 2 aped sets and starting on the third set I needed the full 2 mins. These too were hard. Not sure how on week 8 I'm supposed to do 645x2....there's no way.

Rest of the workout was good but despite devouring a pizza last night I still felt a little low on energy. I'm guessing the deads just took it out of me.

Overall I had a great pump and good workout, I'm just worried about what's coming up.
May need more roidz just to get 7 plates once and then return back to a normal lifting style :)

Took the R-Andro upon waking again and didn't have the same energy/aggression I did yesterday. Will take it pre workout on Tuesday and see if I feel it again.

Good leg workout with a nice pump.
Leg curls - 5 sets of 10-15
Nautilus leg press - 5 sets of 10-15
Calves - 6 sets
Leg extension - 5 sets 10-20
Leg press - 4 sets

Nothing too heavy today but it was decent. Hope to do sprints tonight so I didn't want to tighten up my lower back. Will do a heavy leg day on Friday.

I really think the R-Andro is heating me up a lot. I had hot flashes for a few hours last night and in general I'm running warmer than usual. Everything else seems fine with no real negatives at all.

I did fun epiandro at the tail end of an oral run, kind of as a mild way of extending it. Never felt a whole lot but maybe inhale expected too much. I ran it high too... Like 6-8/day.

Absolutely no anxiety or joint issues thus far but I'm also taking MK, which I believe helps my joints (could be mental). That said, Tren didn't give me any mental issues either.
So far, and from what I recall, this is t that far off from epiandro. I mainly remember a mild increase in aggression if taken PWO and possibly a mild leaning effect.

Winny V is hard on the joints. EQ and Tren will give you anxiety. Not me thank god.

Haven't run winny or eq but Tren was awesome with no sides except night sweats if I consumed carbs after 6pm and that body odor after a while.

Actually, come to think of it libido is a little higher than before. Definitely a nice touch, although it's not as bad as Tren..... Which was absurdly ridiculous!

It's not easy. Stopping that is. I would add Trest to that.

 

BTW, I am beginning to like Bold Cyp over regular EQ. Anyone else have any experience with both?

Pretty good shoulder workout today. I went later in the day and wasn't in a rush so those factors always help.

My Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin and PeptoPro arrived today so I'll start implementing that.

Diet throughout the week looks something like this:

0530 half the following shake:
Banana, 1 cup berries, 48g whey, 3 whole eggs, 2tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup 1% milk

Workout around 0600
Post workout
1 scoop whey, 1/2 serving ON Pro Gainer

By about 0900 I'll finish my breakfast shake and eat an uncrustable.

1100 ish
6oz mashed potatoes or regular potatoes
6oz chicken, ground beef or ground turkey

1400-1500
6oz mashed potatoes or regular potatoes
6oz chicken, ground beef or ground turkey

1700-1800
6oz mashed potatoes or regular potatoes
6oz chicken, ground beef or ground turkey

Then depending how my calories look for the day I'll see what else I need.
Usually end around 3300 calories, which is maintenance.

It's relatively flexible but works relatively well for me. Weekends really vary.

With the new Peptopro and HBCD I'll take a scoop of each 15 mins pre workout and post workout will be 1 Peptopro, 1 Hbcd and an extra scoop of whey.

Curious to see if recovery changes at all - not that I've had any problems lately :)

The belt did help keep my back from tightening up but being new and really stuff - thick lever belt - it really digs into my hips, sides and the top part actually dug into my back towards the end. Just need to whore it out until she stretches a bit thereby sitting better...

Good pump and look forward to doing more squats with my chastity belt even if I feel homo as fuck doing so lol
