105s for 10 and 130s for 8??? Good shit man, I feel like I would smash my head with those things, they start getting too large after the 100s

Size hasnt bothered me, it's just the awkwardness of getting one up and then manhandling the other one up, all without a spotter. I've managed 135s before but I was doing them more regularly and it wasn't 2 sets of 8.

The owner of the gym I used to go to was a big mofo, he would take the 120s and fling them up while he was standing and then sit down, feel like that's the worst possible way to do, injury just waiting to happen. I have to be seated and kick them up. never seen anyone get 130s up before or even attempt it.

Dropping down quickly into a seat is the easiest way to get the dumbells up but then they come down pretty hard on the elbows too.

DB shoulder presses really did a number on my left elbow. I remember why I don't do them anymore. Really should keep that ego in check.

Anyway, chest.
135x12
185x10
225x8
275x3
315x2
365x1
435x0
405x1
405x1
405x1
415x1
I should have managed 435 but I don't think I should have skipped 405, and I didn't set up correctly. Oh well. Managed the 415 after 3 sets of 405.

Incline bench
135x10
225x17
225x15
225x10

May start aiming for 225x30 on incline, just because I've done it on flat.

Pec dec
115x15
100x15
85x20
70x25

Incline DB fly
40x10
40x10
40x10

Landmine press
45+25lb plates x15, 15, 15.

Abs.

Today was the last day of RAndro. As long as you go into it knowing it's not SD, the results aren't bad. I didn't see any real strength gains but then I'd recently come off a great strength stack, so that would have been nearly impossible.

The last 2 weeks I ate at a slight caloric surplus as I'm shooting for strength gains. I think the RAndro helped keep me slightly leaner than I would otherwise have been.

Libido was increased but not Tren like, let's say 25% increase from normal. I had no acne or other side effects.

I ran most of it at 400mg and were I to do it again I'd most likely do 500 throughout.
For those people fortunate enough to have access to stronger PHs this may not be for you unless you're looking to stack it, or maybe even bridge/extend your cycle.

I think it would be great for a beginner because it has no negative sides and is mild all around.

Post cycle pics wil be posted shortly.

Additionally, while this is expensive to run at high doses, if you consider the fact you don't really need any support supplements, you save considerable money on that front; in the end it would only be marginally more expensive than running other compounds.
