Powerlifters use it to keep their core activated. Most bench specific belts are smaller so you can get a better arch to shorten your rom so you can get more weight up.

I think the new bodybuilding fad is to wear a belt always because it keeps your waist from getting too big. Not sure if I believe that or not.

Might be more of a personal preference. I don't use one at all. I want to get one, but the main key is learning to lift properly with it if you do get one. It might help you support your core.

If you can, find a gym buddy or someone you might know who has one you can borrow to try it out first. Good ones are expensive and might be rough to drop $70-100 for something you end up not using.

Might try a cheaper one at Dick's or some other sporting goods store. Might be able to find a fabric type one w Velcro closure for like $20. Maybe even at Walmart or something. If you like it, check out a nice leather belt like Inzer or from www.bestbelts.org, which was a site recommended to me by multiple ppl of different backgrounds.

Started today with 100mg trest pp, 50mg test prop, and 2 iu of gh. Going to hit chest later this afternoon. Back is still sore and not quite back to its norm, depending on how i feel I'll log today's workout. If I'm hurting later then probably won't waste my time

Did a decent pace walk at the end of the workout, and were cramping up bad.. Felt like I was running a 10k minus being out of breath.. Anyways workout felt great, probably placebo, but was definitely a lot more aggressive today than normal.

Been forgetting to log... Did shoulders yesterday and chest today. Delts were sore as fuck but I still went in pretty heavy, was able to get 10 solid reps of 275 on flat bench but skipped a full set of 225. I really miss having someone to workout with though. Anyways, it's only been a week but I'm definitely feeling the trest run through the veins.

No workout partner is def a freaking issue. It sucks. I haven't had one in years. Always having to find someone random for a spot.

Yeah I feel like I made more gains working out with bigger dudes (no homo), body has to catchup.

I used to work out with my buddy who was way stronger then me when I started getting really serious. It pushed me to catch his weight numbers and that made me better. Plus it's always to know you're accountable to be there every time and you can always motivate each other.

315x3 (went down too slowly felt it all in my lower back lol, focusing too hard I guess.. Felt great going up though. Ass cheeks are already feeling sore)

Worked up from 485 to 845 did 10 reps each set..

Forgot to log the rest but was just calf raises, HS leg curl, leg extensions, and more calf raises etc.

Also have an AI question, I'm currently running 300 mg trest and 150mg Test Prop a week and just started tren A yesterday. I feel like I'm not running enough AI but every time I take it my labido goes to non-existent and getting ED/soft erections. Anyways I've been running Armidex .5 mg E3D, doesn't seem like enough but I don't think my estrogen is super high because I'm having joint issues too. Is it possible the Anastrozole is overdosed?

I planned on getting my bloods done but was going to do it a few more weeks in, might have to do it sooner.

Will the Tren A that I just started cause false highs with Estradiol?

Are you taking caber with the addition of Tren?

I used caber, .5mg 2xew and a little nolva eod and I was golden.

Just for thought.

Running trest and tren together, being two 19nors gonna really muck around with your estro and prolactin levels IMO.
Not too sure how much yren you are running, but if you keep it higher than the test and trest, your sides might lessen. But again not sure on the trest running it with tren.

I haven't run tren so don't take it as gospel champ. About too but at very low dose to start.

I had exem and took it maybe 1 e2w, but more for safety than anything else. Adding the Tren and subsequent caber my estro seemed to go down vice up, and I was on 509 Tren.

Okay so I'm definitely just killing my estrogen levels, I'll wait it out a couple weeks Til the body adjusts and get some bloodwork done. I have examstane also, maybe I'll just take that instead and not worry about rebound after and go longer without it
