Just recovered from a hernia surgery and cleared to start BW exercises and more intense cardio. Will begin light weights mid week.

Here is my cycle
Test U 150mg (always this dose, blast or not)
1-8 Tren Hex 200mg
8-14 Tren Hex 400mg
1-14 EQ 350mg (front loaded week 1)
1-8 CJC w/ DAC 2mg
Injections done twice a week
GW-1516 20mgs/day **am taking a competitive inhibitor for the enzyme that promotes the cascade towards cancer activity created by GW
Orals? I have epi, tbol, adrol, sdrol, dbol, winny I will probably not use any orals. However I may add in epi towards the end.
Caber, aromasin, nolva, ralox. Using caber and aro currently.
Will take measurements tomorrow along with weight and guessed body fat. Will do hydrostatic weighing sometime next week for a proper BF%

Cyclic bulking style.
3000kcal week 1, 3250 week 2, 3500 week 3, 3750 week 4. Week 5 is new maintenance. At week 8 I will do a 3 week minicut (-250 first week, -500 second and third) and resume bulking after.
BCAAs, glutamine, multi, cycle support, huperizine A (for CJC)
Muscle failure. Can't train for strength so dont expect to see big numbers I have a frail body from years of beating done to it so I am careful with unnecessary stresses.
I cycle 20miles~ or longer about 2-3 times a week. I eat these calories back.
I do hill sprints 1x week on "rest" days.
15min HIIT after workouts that do not land on a cycle day.
Legs/Chest+Tris/Rest(Yoga, sprints, calisthenics)/Back+Bis/Shoulders+Quads/Hammys+Arms/Rest
Forearms done twice a week on chest and back day. Will slowly ease back into direct ab work, once back to normal it is high reps on bicycle days and sprint day.
Before surgery I was 197lbs and 8% BF. Its been 6 weeks since. I estimate I am 194 12%ish now. I will get back to 197 10% within a couple weeks, hopefully back to normal by week 3/4.
Id like to be 205-210 and 7~% BF by the end with significant increases in my bodyweight rep exercises.
