Flip Tackles Hex/test U/eq/peps

Hey guys. First log in a long while. My primary log will be on another site so I may forget to update this one. I will be doing weekly updates regardless however.

 

Just recovered from a hernia surgery and cleared to start BW exercises and more intense cardio. Will begin light weights mid week.

Will be posting bloods during week 1

 

Here is my cycle

Test U 150mg (always this dose, blast or not)

1-8 Tren Hex 200mg

8-14 Tren Hex 400mg

1-14 EQ 350mg  (front loaded week 1)

1-8 CJC w/ DAC 2mg

Injections done twice a week

GW-1516 20mgs/day **am taking a competitive inhibitor for the enzyme that promotes the cascade towards cancer activity created by GW

Orals? I have epi, tbol, adrol, sdrol, dbol, winny I will probably not use any orals. However I may add in epi towards the end.

 

Caber, aromasin, nolva, ralox. Using caber and aro currently.

 

Will take measurements tomorrow along with weight and guessed body fat. Will do hydrostatic weighing sometime next week for a proper BF%

 

Maybe pics, not sure yet.

 

NUTRITION

Cyclic bulking style.

3000kcal week 1, 3250 week 2, 3500 week 3, 3750 week 4. Week 5 is new maintenance. At week 8 I will do a 3 week minicut (-250 first week, -500 second and third) and resume bulking after.

 

BCAAs, glutamine, multi, cycle support, huperizine A (for CJC)

 

TRAINING

Muscle failure. Can't train for strength so dont expect to see big numbers :( I have a frail body from years of beating done to it so I am careful with unnecessary stresses.

 

I cycle 20miles~ or longer about 2-3 times a week. I eat these calories back.

I do hill sprints 1x week on "rest" days.

15min HIIT after workouts that do not land on a cycle day.

 

Split

Legs/Chest+Tris/Rest(Yoga, sprints, calisthenics)/Back+Bis/Shoulders+Quads/Hammys+Arms/Rest

 

Forearms done twice a week on chest and back day. Will slowly ease back into direct ab work, once back to normal it is high reps on bicycle days and sprint day.

 

GOALS

Before surgery I was 197lbs and 8% BF. Its been 6 weeks since. I estimate I am 194 12%ish now. I will get back to 197 10% within a couple weeks, hopefully back to normal by week 3/4.

Id like to be 205-210 and 7~% BF by the end with significant increases in my bodyweight rep exercises.

Pushups--------2020 in 1 set, non-stop, no knees on ground etc, in 2H 8 mins.

You cycle for any particular reason? Or just for fitness?

I used to do it more avidly. Currently working back to do a sprint triathlon so I've been doing indoor training to lengthen times. I only do 25-30 min at an approx 13-15 mph

I think I will after a week when Im back to what I looked pre-surgery so we can get an accurate before/after :)

Full homo is preferred in this thread

Fitness, minor modeling, I do centuries, triathlons and 5Ks occasionally.

Trying to get more involved in fitness modeling, if ever it comes to it Ill delete these pics lol. But Im too focused on my career to make a second one

Almost done with week 3

Ive lowered doses across the board.

80mg Test U

150 T-hex

225 EQ

 

Am waiting a bit longer to take bloods to allow test u dose to normalize.

 

Weight: 202 (this seems like not a lot of weight gain however I have lost a lot of subq water and most likely replaced it with glycogen and water in the muscle tissue so I look much heavier than just a few pounds heavier)

BF: Mmmm 11? Maybe.

Will be getting hydrostatic weighing done soon

Comments

Lowered tren dose, was getting irritated too easier. It has gone since

Insomnia isnt bad, some tossing and turning on nights.

ALOT more sweat at the gym and a ton more intensity. Still not back to normal on weights...taking it easy on from the surgery still.

Acne was bad week 2...but has since gone away.

The tren fully kicked about 3 or 4 days ago... noticed it around week 2 but it creeped fast so I lowered dose and its seemed about stabilized now

I am reading this correctly, 14 weeks of tren? Me kidneys hurt just thinking about it. Good looking run though. Tren Hex is my favorite.

Yeah 14 weeks but very low dose

Ive lowered it from 200 to a little over 100
