Obesity is an epidemic in the United States. Nearly 78 million adults and 13 million children in the United States deal with the health and emotional effects of obesity every day. I refuse to become just another statistic.

Current stats:

6ft, 258lbs.

Goals:

Lose 10-20lbs. The more the merrier. I've never cut before, so I have no idea what to expect. Preservation of strength and lean muscle mass is critical. Gainz of any sort more than welcome.

Anabolics:

Test Enanthate @ 500mg, wks 1-12
Dienolone Acetate @ 700mg, wks 1-10
MK-677 @ 20mg, wks 1-whenever I decide to stop running it.
Ment @ 30-40mg PWO on chest, back, shoulder, and arm days.

Anastrozole will be my running AI. Prami, Letro, Exem, Nolva all on hand.

Diet:

I will be following a carb cycling routine. 3 low carb days followed by a carb refeed day, repeat. Low carb days will consist of around 100g carbs, 100g fats, 340g protein. High carb days will be around 450g carbs, 20g fats, 275g protein. Diet will be tweaked and adjusted as I go along.

Training:

During the 3rd week, cardio will be implemented twice a week for around 30 minutes. During the 6th week, an additional cardio session will be implemented weekly for a total of 3 sessions, or 90 minutes. Cardio focus will be rowing machine, stair machine, battle ropes, and whatever cool ideas pop into my head. 3rd weekly cardio session will be using the Richard Simmons - Sweatin' to the Oldies protocol.

Weight routines will alternate between high and low reps. Objective is to find a good balance between maintaining overall size and overall strength. Going to attempt to focus more on core so I look sexy as fuq when the insulation begins to slough off.

Good luck! You should take before and after pics, at least for yourself if you don't want to post them.
20g fat on high carb days is not realistic IMO, it's just too low. Sounds like it'll be a fun run though!

20g fat on high carb days is not realistic IMO, it's just too low. Sounds like it'll be a fun run though!


You're probably right... I'm just shooting for as low of fat as I possible can on those days. I'm sure the fat will pile up since I'll prolly end up eating pizza or something after the gym on high carb days. :P

Took my first pin last night. 1ml Test / .5ml Dien. 20mg MK-677 before bed. Gonna run the Dien @ 50ed the first week to see how it goes. About to take a nap, shower, pin another .5ml, then hit the gym for legs.

I've seen people mention that Dien has a little PIP to it. I can attest to the fact that it indeed does. Cheek is a little sore from last night. Can't wait to see how it does in the quads and delts...

Went and did legs. Didn't weigh myself. I will on Monday.

Was insanely zombie-like and groggy all day. Typical Saturday for me. I sleep all morning, wake up tired, eat, then go back to sleep until like 2. I mean, it is kinda nice, but it leaves me tired from oversleeping and eats up half the day.

Had an alright leg workout. Did some squats, lunges, leg press, extensions, a few other little things. Legs were screamin' when I left.

Just baked a fat slab of Alaskan sockeye salmon. Gonna be snackin' on that until I pass out...

8 hour bicep and ab workout tomorrow. Gonna pop a handful of Ment and destroy my bis. Straight murder 'em. If my biceps don't grow at least 3 inches on this cut, I'm buying a 55 gallon drum of site enhancement oil.

Bout to pop some dat Necroplasm and chill.

Definately following this champ.........like Pat said, take some before and progress and after pics. Helps keep your eye on the prize!
Your gonna kill it, and get that libido sky high with the test. Lots lots of sex of which I know you can do, will go along way to assisting in losing weight.........just be sure you do the work of which I know is hard, but you must plough the road when fuking on a cut, get that sweat up for additional lube and tube!

Lmao. Every time I go and do arms now I tell myself I'm gonna do an 8 hour workout. Tried an 8 hour bicep workout last week and made it like 45 minutes. One day... One day I may. :P

I was gonna go do abs and biceps today. Totally gonna take a day off. I'll do abs and biceps tomorrow, either deads or shoulders and triceps on Tuesday, then whichever I didn't do on Wednesday. Feeling absolutely wrecked today. My pecs are so sore I can hardly move, legs are destroyed, ass cheeks hurt from the stupid Dienolone, back is sore from squatting and everything else it's been getting pounded with, forearms are sore and I don't even know why. Really hoping the Dienolone and MK-677 have some effect on speeding up recovery and whatnot. Obviously going from 250 to 500 Test should help, but probably not that much. I'd probably hit the gym 7 days a week if I wasn't so miserably crippled all the time. I seriously feel like I'd think I'd feel if I was like 70 right now...

No noticeable effects of anything yet, although I did walk by a mirror this morning and catch a glimpse of myself from a certain angle and think "bro... You're lookin' kinda huge." I've got a feeling that if I lose 15+lbs, I'm gonna be looking kinda jacked.

Anyway. End of ramble. Gonna go grill up a porterhouse and get my snack on.

Do u take any bcaa for recovery champ? I've found them excellent along with the mk677. The mk took a while to hit, like 2 weeks for me. But I am only taking half the recommended dosage.

No BCAAs other than what I get from protein power and food. I've though about buying some in bulk, but I dunno. Probably wouldn't hurt!

Did biceps and abs tonight. Forgot to weigh myself. Had a pretty legit workout. Bicep pump was really nice. Probably the pumpiest I've seen 'em in a minute. Dunno whether to attribute it to the Dien, MK, or something else, but... The pump was real, bros. I mean... I had a seriously hard time putting earbuds in my ears about 3/4 through the workout. Didn't even chew down any Ment or anything. Just 1/2 a cup of coffee.

Routine:

Biceps -

3 light warmup sets
3 sets standing DB curls
3 sets DB hammer curls
1 set preacher curls
1 preacher curl dropset, 4 sets
4 or 5 sets over the head cable curls
3 or 4 sets of standing cable rope curls

Abs -

4 sets leg/knee raise machine thing (some lady was using the other equipment I wanted to use, but this thing actually seems to be legit... Simulates knee raises and ya can add weight)

2 sets of TUT style decline sit-ups

That was it. Gonna do low intensity ab work every 2 or three days from now on.

Pretty sure my biceps got murdered pretty well. 20 solid sets on 'em. Be flexin' like Richy P in no time here...

I've been using 2scoops Bcaa during my workout along with 25g carbs, and 2 scoops glutamine post workout with my shake. Too easy and cheap not to.

 Strongly agree with Loose here. Despite my obscenely high protein intake the added BCAAs have always given a noticeable recovery boost.
