Looking at a 45 day cycle to blast through the winter blues. I may not post too much on here but I thought people might be interested in hearing about a cycle including 1-Test. Waiting for the last few elements to show up in the mail but likely today or tomorrow and then I'll start.

 

1-Test (fusion nano)  150mg/day (2ml)   AM/PM

EPI (rpn havoc)         40mg/day              AM/PM

Trest (fusion nano)    50mg/day              AM/PM            (days 1-10)

                                  75mg/day              AM/PWO/PM   (days 11-25)

Trestoderm (C.L.)      75mg/day              AM                   (26-45)

Stano                         400-550mg/day    AM/PM

Androtest                   250mg/day            AM/PM

 

I've run a bunch of PHs in the past, including EPI and it has always treated me well. I'm interested to see how the 1-test affects this mix.

The truth is that I have a huge stockpile of old PH/DS but the thing that I don't have much of (and can't get) is more trest. So as you can see my plan for a base is a patchwork between some liquid trest and the dermal, as well as some stano.

I always assume that some day I'll make the jump to the darkside but I still just haven't gotten over the idea of sticking a needle in myself despite knowing that it really makes more sense to do it like that.

 

My goal here is to pack on some muscle, increase strength and harden up over the next few weeks to get ready for my spring baseball season (its old man league baseball- 25 and up- but hardball is hardball and I like the ball to leave the yard when I connect.)

 

Supports are Aegis, TUDCA and cycle support (excessive probably but whatever)

Staple supps include creatine, fish oil, multi, taurine

PCT will be RC torem and RC clomid along with DAA

 

I have some extremestane on hand, although I've never actually had estrogen sides. I expect that the EPI and stano will keep me so dry that having some estrogen from trest will be a positive, but if it seems excessive I'll add in the AI.

I also have some SD that I may throw in PWO... you never know.

 

Thoughts/suggestions/questions are welcome.

I have thought to do something like this after reading about the Nano 1T. I will be watching your log. Used one of your old ones with Havoc/11-Spray as reference before. A great run

I took my first dose this morning...

 

I expect it will be pretty hard to see it's effects amidst everything else I'm taking in this cycle. It was just something I had and figured I'd throw it in the mix to add to my base.

The time I have for working out is much less than I wish it was, but I have to do the best I can and I have a plan to supplement it.

I became a dad in August and the past 6 months have probably been the least consistent period of lifting in the past decade for me.

I'm sure those of you who are parents can relate to this- things like sleep, eating patterns and really time to do anything for yourself all take on a lower priority. I probably only averaged 2 lifting periods a week over that time.

 

BUT, I refuse to let this become some excuse for getting soft.

I have negotiated three 1 hour workout sessions per week. (Luckily I have my own weight room)

Each session will focus on one of the three main lifts (squat, bench, deads) and contain the following elements:

-warmup (jump rope, some mobility)

-explosive movement (box jumps, broad jumps, or explosive pushups)

-main lift (Juggernaut method schedule based on 1RM)

-accessory lifts (support the theme of the day, free weights, compound movements)

 

In addition I am going to add volume to my week by doing pullups/chinups/pushups in my office throughout the day. I'm hoping to do about 5 sets of 10 chinups and 20 diamond pushups every day.

If I can really add 250 chinups and 500 pushups to my work week I think it will be beneficial.

I'll also try to do 30 min of jump rope (also in my office) once or twice a week.

And I have a foam roller that I'm going to use at night before bed.

So just a couple of days in and I can already feel something starting to work.

Obviously not sure if its the Trest or the 1-T but I'm feeling that muscle fullness or density that lets you know you are on.

 

I must say, the Fusion nano stuff (both the 1-T and the nano-trest) are probably the most unpleasant things I've swallowed since I was in the boy scouts... what? I was drinking a lot of soy milk at the time...

But seriously, this stuff is nasty. Its not even the taste but like the feeling of it on the back of your throat.

Its what I imagine the sensation of drinking battery acid mixed with paint would feel like.

And I'm not a pussy about stuff like this. I take RC SERMs no problem, I drink egg whites straight for protein when I'm too lazy to mix them with something.

But this stuff is next level. 

 

I tried a few different mixers (water, juice, milk) and have currently landed on olive oil.

That's right, I pour like a shot of olive oil into a glass, mix in the 1-T and trest and then shoot it.

It seems to coat my throat a little and makes it possible to do it without feeling like my throat is getting eaten away in the process.

Yeah, I haven't tried the 1-T yet but just the smell of the bottle makes me think of paint. Nano Mithras was the same way.

Day 11

Weight is about 221 (+4lbs approximately, my scale kinda sucks)

 

I am pretty sold on the 1-T.  

My strength is up and I look leaner and larger. My wife was just saying that my chest and arms look bigger and I can see much more definition in my abs. My whole body feels tight.

 

Obviously, I'm taking a number of compounds here but I don't think anything besides the 1-T could be causing this recomp effect this quickly .

In the past I haven't noticed much from EPI before at least the third week and I don't think the trest would be making me leaner.

 

I haven't been feeling lethargic despite reducing my coffee intake from 2 cups to 1 in the morning. If anything I feel more energetic. No real sides to report except maybe some mild GI issues like gas.

Appetite and mood have been good.

 

My squat workout yesterday was about as strong as I've ever been. Hit nearly my 1RM to start and then went on to do high reps very effectively. This is especially impressive because I really haven't been near my maxes lately due to a poor workout schedule over the past few months.

But I barely even feel sore today (DOMS might hit me tomorrow but that's to be expected.)

 

I'm stoked to have already gained this much so early in the cycle. I'm sure the EPI will start kicking in shortly and I should be a total beast.

I think this is a nice mix of compounds because the 1-T and trest kick in quickly and the EPI should work more towards the second half of the cycle.

I wonder if its the "nano" aspect then. The Predator Nutrition rep suggested that it was the 1-T itself that was so harsh but I have the same experience with their NanoTrest.

 

I will say, the stuff is rough to get down. I stopped doing the olive oil (because it was nasty in itself) and switched to milk with a milk chaser.

Still a very unpleasant experience but the compound seems to be working so I just have to suck it up.

I wonder if they could make gel caps or something... SOMETHING.

Day 20

So I guess I spoke a little too soon about a lack of lethargy. A few days after my last post it started to hit me pretty bad, to the point where I was almost feeling like I was sick. I tried to gut it out but after about a week of it I decided to make a change, so I cut my dose of 1-T in half three days ago.

I had also planned on adding 10mg of SD for the last 4 weeks, so I made both changes at the same time.

And I must say, I have really felt the difference in my energy since then so I think I did the right thing.

1-T is a great compound because of how quickly it kicks in and how soon you can see results but I think as many have said, it is also a bit harsh on your system and wears you down.

 

My current stack is the following:

1-T 1ml/day

EPI 40mg/day

SD 10mg/day

Stano 550mg/day

Androtest 250mg/day

Nanotrest 75mg/day

 

This all seems to be working well now. I am looking lean, vascular and bigger.  I can feel it in my quads like all my pants are suddenly not big enough for my thighs. Shirts too, did this thing shrink or what? lol.
And strength wise I'm feeling great. All of my lifts are right back to the top numbers of where they have ever been. Hopefully I'll hit a few PRs by the end of this cycle.

Yeah, maybe. I really felt pretty good for the first few weeks on 2ml and it was crazy how quickly it hit me. I was like 5 days in and already had noticeable body changes.

Maybe it make sense to front load it until the lethargy gets too much and then back off- IDK.

 

How are your joints doing so far?

 

Joints feel fine, but I'm also taking a bunch of Trest and other stuff so I doubt I'm all that dry.

Not much to report, feeling good, haven't shit out my liver yet.

Looking very full and have a constant pump going.

Strength is up, energy is medium, libido is medium.

Weight is 224 last I checked, +7 since I started and overall it has been a recomp type effect.
