Refund? No Product? Moving Shops?

I am sorry to do this, but I have emailed you guys SEVERAL times over a couple of weeks in regards to my supplements not coming in and you guys have stated to offer me a full refund with certain pieces of information provided in my personal email. I have been patient but I believe you guys need a little more urgency when dealing with my money and a product you guys clearly stated I was not getting. I just want my $106.90 refunded on my card and I will be a happy camper; until then, I can't believe I have to go on a public form to somehow get a hold of you guys. I understand you guys are moving shops or whatever but you need to avoid neglecting your customers,
