Hey guys, just kicking off this log with a quick post. Technically day 2 into this log, since I took my first dose of test yesterday. I've switched to 250mg test E MTh, and plan to stick with this for the duration of the log.
For the AI, I will be dosing as follows (always 1mg, which is 1mL of Topical, solvent is Salvo for those familiar):
-Week 1-3: EOD. I want to see if this is enough, and it would be more convenient.
-Week 4-4.5: ED.

I will try to take bloodwork Thursday of week 3 before my dose of test and then after my last dose of test once I run out of AI.

Tonight is my first application of the AI, so I'll report on smeel, etc. soon.

As for the application: it went butter smooth. Well, actually like butter. This is salvo, we know how it works. It is not irritating, it smells nice and it's not sticky or anything. My girl said I "smelled nice" a couple hours after (course I'm wearing I shirt and not hugging her)

Well it depends what you'd like to compare to. I was on IM exemstane before, but I imagine that doesn't really apply to many others, so it would be an apples to oranges comparison.

That said, if there are any issues/abnormalities with my blood work I will get repeats so you may get your baseline.

I'm 1 week in. So far, no adverse sides to report. As far as estro sides are:
-relatively little bloat
-sexually great (my girl will confirm)
-nips feel a tiny bit puffy, but not bad really.

Remember this is on 250mg test and half the recommended dose: I'm using 1mg EOD transdermal. I would have to be on at least 12.5mg EOD of oral exemstane as I'm pretty sensitive. That said, test levels should still be on the raise, so let's wait till week 3 and bloods to draw any clear conclusions.

nope, I believe that's 7,8-benzoflavone.

No real updates. So far, no problems with nipples, sexually doing great, bloating is under control. All indicates that this stuff works.

For what it's worth, workouts have been great lately

Here's the bloodwork. I ended up doing 1mg (1mL) ED for the last week. This was taken Mon before my biweekly test dose. No AI was applied that morning (so last dose was ~24h before draw). Note that those AST/ALT levels are within MY normal range, and are *likely* not due to the product. The other values could be due to dehydration or exercise and aren't that far out of range. So my conclusion is: this stuff works. Very, very well. 1mg/day topical seems to be about as good as 12.5mg ED of exemstane for me. And I had no sides. I'm looking foreword to the release, I know some minor issues with the solubility need to be addressed but hopefully it'll be out soon.http://m.imgur.com/3YN4cTY

I didn't take any specifically for this (I.e. without changing other variables), but I do have other bloodowork that will provide some context.

The first I think was on just high test. Most markers are clean, but you can see AST/ALT are still on the higher end of the range. They tend to be between the top of the range and 5-10 over, but will spike to hell and back from any drinking/tren/etc, which brings us to the following:
The second was after a tren blast done right before a weekend of drinking and bad nutrition (don't judge me). The bloodwork was immediately after. That said, I do have on record that this was 125mg Test E and 12.5mg exemstane ED, so it should give a good idea of my aromatizing.
