This is my current cycle: 
 
Halo 25 - 4-Chloro-17a-Methyl-Androst-1,4-Diene-3-17b-Diol -  75mg/Day for 40 days
 
Cycle support 
Milk Thistle (Silymarin 80%) 1000mg
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) 500mg
Hawthorn Berry 1000mg
Saw Palmetto 200mg
Celery Seed Extract 75mg
Grape Seed Extract 75mg - 3 Caps/Day starting week prior to cycle
 
PCT 
D-Aspartic Acid  3000mg
Androsta-3,5-Diene-7,17-Dione  75mg - 4 Caps/Day starting day after cycle for 30 days
 
Testosterone booster. 
 
Nolva - 20, 20, 20, 20, 10, 10
 
Also taking  - Omega 3 capsules, alpha men (my protein) vitamin and mineral tablets
Drinking at least 2 litres of water a day. 
over 3000 calories a day. 
 
The aim of this cycle is to bulk. Previously I was 10 stone 6 when I started back training over 7 months ago. I am now 12:3. I hit a plateau and decided upon halodrol as my first cycle - maybe my only one.  
 
I have just finished week 1 - Sides - slightly higher blood pressure - becomes higher when drinking coffee. Sweating a little more.
First few days I felt very tired was a push to get me to the gym. Hungry all the time: good side :)
 
Gains
 
People say that the first few weeks are a placebo - but I can definitely notice an improvement in my strength - example previously doing 5 sets with 5 reps  with 80% of maximum yesterday I managed 8 reps and felt comfortable. 
 
I am noticing a slight change in my body shape, as though all the nutrients are being delivered to the targeted muscles. Although I do not weigh much I have developed a slight belly - this seems to be getting smaller although I am eating more. 
 
Muscles feel harder all the time.
 
I now really want to go to the gym - good pumps. 
 
High libido.
 
No headaches so far.
 
Before the cycle I did a liver test - everything was normal. Will do another one in a few weeks time and then another when I am into my PCT.
 
Currently taking them : 
7:00 morning first thing with food
1:00 with food 
7:00 before the gym with small amount of food. 
 
Let me know if its worth continuing this post with pictures. 
 
Anybody else tried this stuff?

I think a multitude of people here have tried some type of Hdrol. It's been around a while. There is some great logs on here if you can find them. You should think of logging your daily thoughts and workouts here on this thread. People will chime in (good and bad).

Yes I'm in G.B.
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - shoulders and abs
Wednesday - rest
Thursday- back biceps
Friday - cardio 30 minutes.
Saturday - chest and triceps
Sunday - rest

Currently doing 5 sets of 8 reps of 75% maximum and around 4 different sets per muscle group. 2 isolated and 2 compound.

Looks like a good cycle! And good call on the nolva in PCT, halo shuts many people down pretty good.

Don't let anyone convince you to go above 75mg a day, it's all you need , more is always better with some folks around here trying to push 100mg/125mg a day type madness, same with folks going above 40mg/50mg Epi , craziness !

25 mg extra of halodrol won't be anything crazy. If you shit your liver out, I doubt those extra 100 mg will be any problem. In all fairness 100 mg for 6 weeks with solid supports is a pleasant ride, with next to no sides. Halo didn't even give me backpumps.

This right here is the main reason it's one of my favorite compounds.  Unfortunately, the last two times, my apetetite was crushed about 3 weeks in.  I don't think my liver likes me much anymore, so no more orals for me.

Probably depends on current height/weight/BF%. 

 

First time I ran it, I think I put on about 10-12 pounds (I am 6', and I think I weighed about 220 lbs).  If I were to run it now, I'd maybe put on 5 pounds (currently sitting just south of 270 lbs).

Do not be afraid of calories on this compound. PCT 20/20/10/10 is probably more than sufficient. Halo really shines around 3-4 weeks, so hang in there midway through and hit the food and weights hard. Halo is one of my favorite compounds

I would say calories will dictate results. If you want to pack on some size then I agree with everyone so far. On cycle I like 500-750 over my maintence which is in the 3500-4000 range total for me. Don't be afraid to up the calories every week or two to keep the gains coming.

If you want to recomp (lose fat add a little muscle) and just a little size, then eating 3200 calories will probably work great. Just be sure to watch the mirror or measure, not just the scale.

Cheers for the advice. I will try bumping up the calories. Problem is I find it difficult already to eat as much as I do. Will let you know of any changes next week.

ad some 4 andro or test would be nice since halo causes lethergy. Blood pressure may be a problem but looks like a good cycle. I wouldn't run nolva that long but it can't hurt. Have fun, prepare to be shredded halo is the best cutting compound imo.

Most stuff usually takes a couple weeks to feel. That's why 4 week cycles suck: you get the benefits only for the last week or two, then have to pct for 4 weeks.

Even injectable test takes a few weeks to kick in, that's why those cycles are like 12-16 weeks (takes a while to clear, depending on ester)

Don't know why stuff takes so long to kick in, maybe someone else knows and can drop some science on us.

You def notice changes in body in the 3-6 week range. I have never ran a compound that changes composition like halo does.

Halodrol is pretty mild. Halotestin is one of the stronger androgens and extremely hepatotoxic.
