I like it when Steuss is harder too.

You said you would never bring it up -- that it happens to everyone!

Still not feeling much apart from slight increase in strength. It's now been 2 weeks and 2 days. I really hope something happens soon. I have upped my calories. Not feeling lethargic any more either.

I'm thinking of taking creatine again. Mixed reviews some say don't due to perhaps extra stress on the liver. Others say it shouldn't effect the liver. ?

Creatine won't stress the liver.

Unless mixed with Jack Daniels!

Never heard of the liver so much, mostly the kidneys but that's from people abusing it with other stuff and not drinking enough water and adding too much

Jack Daniels!

I will start to see hints that it's working around week 3.  The fun doesn't normally start for me until weeks 4-6.

Creatine might help keep back pumps at bay.  If you already have some on hand, I'd go ahead and start taking it.

Thanks for the advice. I'm also taking Taurine. Still nothing really. I'm just starting week 3 tomorrow. Strength is up in some areas. Hopefully after a few days it will kick in.

Week 3 is usually when the fun starts. That's why many here recommend 6 week cycles if the compound is not crazy harsh. 4 week cycle you pct soon after you get to the good stuff!

I feel like it's kicked in now. Feel like I can go for ages in the gym. My recovery is ridiculous. I ran an obstacle course 10k the other day and was in the gym the next day.

I've signed up to a nutritionist who has given me the macro nutrients :
Protein 280
Carbohydrates 320
Fat 85g

3200 calories a day.

My aim is to gain muscle mass and lose body fat. Does this plan look ok?

Any advice for keeping the gains during PCT?

Carb looks good imo, I really can't handle low carb when on a cycle. I go hypo so damn fast I can barely believe it myself. However I would maybe lower carbs a bit and up fat,but that is nothing more than personal preference on my part. I suggest you try the layout you got and see how it treats you, and adjust accordingly

I feel as though I haven't had the gains I thought I would. I know the advice is to have a Serm ready. I have nolvadex. How would I know if I should use it. I have no side effects ATM. And breast tissue is fine.

I would add some more calories. 3,200 is light IMO

OP, are you running the original Halodrol or has it changed?  I took it back in 2008 and blew up almost immediately.
