Notes: need to get fats to 50 g or lower per day. No red meat and no yolks will do it. Almost have water intake on point. Want to up cardio but need diet in check first. 20 minute sessions are still kicking my ass anyway. Starting to see a difference in this morning though.

Could have done better but Finally got my macros down yesterday. Should have gotten another pic this motning. Just needed to get my fats super low. Now just have to be patient and the core will tighten up. It's mostly like fat man skin and fat there.

In my opinion if you used 3-4 bottles of this stuff and already had diet in check it would make drastic changes to a newb PH users body. I could have done a lot more with just the two bottles I received but was just hard getting diet in order. I would like to thank IML got this pouty unity though cause it's helped me get my shit together. Also I would like to state that atleast physique wise I like R-Andro better than the SDMZ 4.0 & epi-andro that I took.

Even if its not where you wanna be, between your new kid n shit you werent messing around about losing some weight and stuck with it, major props bro. Once the macros are nailed that fat man skin will tighten up.

That's what I determined as well. A guy used to SD won't be super excited although it could be good between harsher orals, but a new guy could get some mild gains from it.

I personally think i felt better on epi-andro, but i failed the r-andro log badly. I was more guaging on the way i felt and performed more than looks wise

I kind of did the opposite. I was chasing those big three PRs on epi-andro and would have been really successful but got sick right after a 10 pound deadlift PR. Still got a 5 pound PR on bench but bombed my squat and think I nearly blew out my knee lol.
