Ok hey guys,

Been injecting 150mg test-e monday morning and 150mg test-e thursday evenings since nov 2nd.  I pinned 150mg test-e on sunday night then another 150mg wednesday morning.  I've been taking aromasin 25mg EOD which equates to 12.5mg ED.  Based on readings and research that looked like a good start dose and is what I've used in the past.  I have also been using 25mg ralox EOD to help stop the breast from attaching with the estrogen.

My main concerns: RBC is high, hemat is high, MCV is low, MCH is low, MCHC is low, RDW is high.

Good signs are GFR increased, AST and ALT both lowered alot, my aromasin and ralox seem to be on point, my total total is at if we are using 8-10x rule, my readings are at 9.07 times which equates to 9.10 times by weekly dose for my blood work.  10x would be 3,000 and I'm at 2,722 which is also outstanding news!

Thoughts, ideas on my concerns?  Thanks!

Reference range established on post-pubertal patient
population. No pre-pubertal reference range
established using this assay. For any patients for
whom low Estradiol levels are anticipated (e.g. males,
pre-pubertal children and hypogonadal/post-menopausal
females), the Quest Diagnostics Nichols Institute
Estradiol, Ultrasensitive, LCMSMS assay is recommended
(order code 30289).

Please note: patients being treated with the drug
fulvestrant (Faslodex®) have demonstrated significant
interference in immunoassay methods for estradiol
measurement. The cross reactivity could lead to falsely
elevated estradiol test results leading to an
inappropriate clinical assessment of estrogen status.
Quest Diagnostics order code 30289-Estradiol,
Ultrasensitive LC/MS/MS demonstrates negligible cross
reactivity with fulvestrant.
