I'm pretty much where I want to be bodyfat wise. Goal is to stay lean/lean out more. I was thinking for a little satisfaction I could turn Saturday into a cheat day and eat what I want. Since my deficit during the week is so steep (approx 1000-1500 daily deficit) the chance of fat gain on a Saturday cheat is minimal. Would slin on that day help with anabolism for the week and make use of the calories better? These days I plan on mainly eating candy lol.

I know very little about slin, so don't mind me. But I don't think using it one day per week would be of much benefit would it? Hell I don't know, Id like to see what everyone thinks that knows about it.

Yeah idk either. I just want to shift as much food to muscle vs fat but idk if slin would cause fat gain from once a week.

Yeah, I was going to type out the same thing as TO. I don't see the benefit being there, otherwise more people would be doing it.

Maybe there's some other glucose disposal agent that I could use? I want to be at a deficit all week and then have a Saturday cheat day and use the fatigue from the week to have a sort of anabolic rebound. I'm sure high dose AAS work fine but I feel like I could add something. I guess dnp but then that just waste the calories.

I would use that extra intake in a positive way and squat or deadlift the next day. Not take more drugs, it is okay to have a cheat day/meal man. Save the stress.

Don't do it. You will fill out but also store massive amounts of fat.

Think of slin as a shuttling hormone.
If your "cheat day" is not a refeed, in the sense of eating foods like pizza/ice ect, instead of say yams fish eggwhites, you'll be storing that extreme surplus of calories and fats you take in.

If your cheat day is still eating well and healthy, and within moderation(not a binge of a bunch if crap), I would say it would be of benefit.
