Pushups--------2020 in 1 set, non-stop, no knees on ground etc, in 2H 8 mins.

I'm not going balls out for that long. I don't go over 5 reps unless it's my last few isolations. So high intensity moderate volume longer rest periods 4x a week. They're pretty much all full body.
There's no need to workout for 2 hours, especially in a deficit. Completely counter productive IMO. Tearing your muscles and not enough food to repair and not enough time to recover unless it's 3xew.

that's why I kinda hate buying supplements. Feel like I'm being a supplement whore/shill.
I've never been one for supplementation outside of gear, occasional fat burner, and protein powder. Been doing that way for years and it's worked just fine. Started using hgh then slin and now I feel like a gnc whore. Dropping more on supps then gear but seems like I am getting some nice results.

Thought this was a good read. Tbh I think I'm gonna stop spending money on any supplement besides my whey which I use to make ice cream and other recipes. Already don't use much. Just a pre workout and those bcaas I got at walmart but after I run out I'll swap to caffeine only and see if I can tell a difference.
