So today was my first time using 10g bcaa intra workout. My workouts are usually 1.5-2 hrs weights and 30 mins cardio. Endurance is through the roof today. Usually I'm floored by the time I get to cardio. The bcaas seem to keep me going. As I get leaner, intra workout and pre workout supplementation seems to be essential in keeping gym performance in a deficit. What do you guys do pre and intra?

There's no need to workout for 2 hours, especially in a deficit. Completely counter productive IMO. Tearing your muscles and not enough food to repair and not enough time to recover unless it's 3xew.
Exercise--------1RM--------@ Weight
Flat Bench-----395lbs x2---198lbs
Deadlift---------600lbs---- --210lbs
Pull-ups---------52
Pushups--------2020 in 1 set, non-stop, no knees on ground etc, in 2H 8 mins.

I've been using bcaas during workouts for about 2 months now. I'm yet to get a lift like you say you got on the first day?

I was starting to wonder if bcaas better for recover, post workout?

Maybe I should increase to 10g? Interesting.

I use aminos or bcaa's during my workouts. Have been for a long while now. Cant say it gives me a boost but i rarely get sore. ON Aminos actually have caffeine in it.

I'm not going balls out for that long. I don't go over 5 reps unless it's my last few isolations. So high intensity moderate volume longer rest periods 4x a week. They're pretty much all full body.

I've never been one for supplementation outside of gear, occasional fat burner, and protein powder. Been doing that way for years and it's worked just fine. Started using hgh then slin and now I feel like a gnc whore. Dropping more on supps then gear but seems like I am getting some nice results.

that's why I kinda hate buying supplements. Feel like I'm being a supplement whore/shill.

Thought this was a good read. Tbh I think I'm gonna stop spending money on any supplement besides my whey which I use to make ice cream and other recipes. Already don't use much. Just a pre workout and those bcaas I got at walmart but after I run out I'll swap to caffeine only and see if I can tell a difference.
