Best Routine?

So I've been doing two body parts a day about 4-5 days a week but I was wondering if an upper lower split routine would be better for putting on muscle mass? Can you guys give me a few different routines that you prefer with some insight?

Back and bicep then chest tricep, legs rest repeat. Train by instinct is the best what ever feels rested enough to train.

Yeah I've been doing chest/Tri, back/bi, shoulders/traps 2x a week and legs on the 7th day... Works great for me, biggest thing is training hard, sticking to it, and eating right
